Continued Professional Development (MBSR)
The MBSR CPD training from Mindfulness Practice provides 12 hours of CPD in the practice of mindfulness meditation.
Mindfulness training has been shown to enhance attention control, regulate emotion and self-awareness, as well as improving cognitive focus. CPD-accredited Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) complements existing practices and professions including:
- health and wellbeing provision
Provided over 12 weeks, the course offers one hour per week face to face or online teaching. Learning materials to enable the recording of practice through the week and review of the weekly practice by a qualified MBSR teacher.
