Take part in guided mindfulness practices via Zoom.This session lasts 30 minutes and is made up of formal meditations and mindfulness practices that help calm the mind and relax the body. Sitting on a chair, a mat or lying down are all optional, whatever is most comfortable for you. As a group, we’ll reflect together at the end of each practice session.
