Take part in guided mindfulness meditations as a group. These formal practices can help calm the mind and connect with the body. Sitting on a chair, a mat or lying down are all optional, whatever is most comfortable for you. As a group, we’ll reflect together at the end of each practice session.

All ages and abilities are welcome.


How to Join:

  • Audio – We recommend headphones if struggling to find a quiet place during the session
