I am David Hooper,  I started mindfulness meditation in 2010 and became fully certified in 2018. I offer teaching of mindfulness as a practice, specialising in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), stress management and the daily use of relaxation techniques. I have worked with children and adults in class-based sessions designed for individuals and companies to share the tools that I use to make mindfulness practice part of everyday life.

Mindfulness is being more aware of the present moment in which you live. It’s about living your life, calming the mind, and improving wellbeing. The more time you spend in practice the more you begin to live in the present moment, non-judgmentally, without worrying about what comes next or what happened in the past
